I went through my sixties weighing 200 pounds, forty pounds overweight. I was beginning to realize how bad my posture had been, not to mention the aches and pains.

I'm lucky I live in the San Francisco Bay Area, where yoga, diets and posture classes are part of our local culture. Time was running out, as I had tried many things and I would be turning seventy in less than a year. To be blunt, I needed help big time.
